If you were not in financial aid what would you be doing?
Teaching secondary students, especially challenged students.
What case/student will you most likely remember for the rest of your life?
The high-need graduating student that wanted to thank everyone in the Financial Aid Office by providing an office breakfast on Commencement Day.

Anywhere my family resides
What type of entertainment do you enjoy?
Mostly sports
What are your hobbies?
Working around the home and American Street Machines from the late 60s and early 70s
How do you cope with stress on the job?
By remembering our mission to assist the students and families.

My dad

Any advice for your fellow financial aid professionals?
Always remember that you are not alone. Reach out to colleagues and you will receive advice and support. When ready, be willing to extend advice and support to others.
