A few weeks ago, Gail, emailed the MASFAA listserver to inform us of some very unfortunate news: Tony Menendez-Aponte’s passing. CEED would like to remind members of The Menedez-Aponte Children’s Education Fund and ask members to consider making a donation. Tony, 43, passed away on August 26, after battling esophageal cancer, which he was diagnosed with in the fall of 2008. Tony was a Senior Financial Aid Counselor at Quinsigamond Community College, past member of CEED, and friend to many. Tony left behind his wife and two children (ages 10 and 13).
