Please join us in congratulating Kathy Methot on her upcoming retirement from Hampshire College, after committing 36 years to the financial aid profession!

Additional retirement congratulations go to Diane Grondin who retired on November 30th after 23 years as a financial aid professional. Diane most recently worked as an Assistant Director of Financial Aid and Admissions at Episcopal Divinity School. She previously worked as Director of Financial Aid at Forsyth School for Dental Hygienists and as Financial Aid Counselor at Cape Cod Community College.

MASFAA welcomes Jennifer Lawton back to Massachusetts from Wesleyan University as she takes over as Director of Financial Aid at Hampshire College. Jennifer most recently worked in Massachusetts at Mt. Holyoke College, UMASS and Smith College.

The newest member of Wheaton College’s financial aid team is their Associate Director, Courtney Newman. Courtney joins Wheaton after working as an Assistant Director of Financial Aid at Wentworth Institute of Technology. The Wheaton staff is thrilled to have her on board and Courtney is very happy with her new commute!

Also welcoming new staff members is Massasoit Community College, who has added Todd Hughes as a Financial Aid Coordinator and David Goldman who recently joined the staff as Senior Financial Aid Counselor.

The additions at Massasoit continue, as they welcomed into their family two newest members: Sara Grace and Benjamin Allen…..the twins arrived on August 9th and, in addition to their two older brothers are keeping Hannah Morrison and her husband very busy.

More baby news! Bob and Gina Lucente Cole from ASA welcomed a baby daughter in September and we’re sure she has Bob wrapped around her little finger!
